Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your knives in their original WÜSTHOF presentation box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the new shipping label is clearly visible and covers any old markings.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our specialists will inspect the returned cutlery for quality assurance, and once verified, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
